Spec Samples
- Spec Sample Kits - Sofia's offers six different sample kits to choose from: in addition to our Sofia's Intro Kit, they offer several end customer branded kits based on usage occasions: HR Success Kit, Marketing Success Kit, Sales Success Kit, Event Success Kit and General Success Kit (combination of usage occasions).

All kits allow for personalization on the box wrap using Distributor ship-to name, unless specified otherwise. The Compliments Of card is personalized with the recipient name and Distributor contact information. However, the card message is not customizable.

Kits are $20 per box (shipper # required) and invoice upon receipt of order

- Standard Spec Sample Policy is $32 net per item and any applicable set up charges

Spec Sample Policy:
Non-Brand Items: $44.00 net includes 1 color or full color digital. Additional charges would apply for PMS color matches, multi-color setups.
Retail Brand items: EQP price plus additional $40 net set up charge.
**If order is placed with exact artwork from specs, set-up charge will be waived
- Does spec samples of hats, easy as sending request to custom@outdoorcap.com. It goes to Wes, the account lead at Outdoor Cap.
- Attach logos and tell them what cap and decoration method (embroidery, patches, etc) you'd like.
- Include shipper number for SYL, we pay for the shipping.
- Limit does not exist, but only a few spec samples every week is okay. Spread them out. They don't want a list of 40 customers with 2-3 caps each. They don't put the same logo on 3 different caps. They do 1 custom spec sample and the blanks of the other 2 caps.
