Marketing Guidelines
One point of contact:
If you are spending money on Marketing,
Fabiola must approve the spend first.
Fabiola's primary job as Marketing Coordinator is to approve and coordinate marketing materials and projects, making sure they’re being done within the SYL guidelines listed below. She will guide your project through approval, funding, and implementation by asking questions and helping bring the pieces together.
Approval guidelines:
- Project must be targeted for specific customer(s) who must also have strong ROI potential.
- Project must be budget reasonable to match the targeted customer.
- Items and packaging must fit SYL Brand Guidelines.
- Project must have a call to action and a plan for follow-ups with calls to action
- Timing must be sensible.

General Inventory self-promos (the room)
Items ordered for Reps’ shelves also must follow approval guidelines listed above.
Reps are encouraged to share their ideas for general inventory items/kits with Fabiola.
However, only Fabiola orders self-promos for general inventory (the room).
Kits expire. After six months, kits will be disassembled and their items repurposed.
